Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. When the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned.

If you use your right of withdrawal, you have 7 days after a cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the costs for a return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 6.75 per package, see the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the webshop with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal and we hope you are satisfied with every purchase. If you do need to return an item, the following is our return policy.

Any eligible purchase of unopened / undamaged spirits and other products can be returned within 14 days with receipt.

Any online purchase can be returned under the above conditions.

If the return is sent back to The Rascal Gin, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and all shipping charges for replaced items. The request for return must be made within 14 days after shipment and the items must be returned within 21 days. Requests for online returns should be submitted to administratie@therascalgin.com and the return invoice should be enclosed with the shipment.

We will issue a refund to the original payment card used for the purchase. For shipments that are refused or returned as undeliverable, we will issue a refund and any applicable shipping charges.
